項(xiàng)目介紹：

ü 每個(gè)小組的任務(wù)是：在規(guī)定的時(shí)間內(nèi)，用所提供的材料，按照規(guī)定的方法，用最短的時(shí)間完成筑塔任務(wù)的小組獲勝。

項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)：

ü 信息分享,分工；信息分享在工作中的重要性

ü 信息交流的不暢增加了完成任務(wù)的難度,甚至引起分歧

ü 游戲特別設(shè)計(jì)了嚴(yán)格的分工,每一個(gè)學(xué)員有明確的職責(zé)，有效的分工和明確的責(zé)任是高效團(tuán)隊(duì)的基礎(chǔ)

ü 只有理解團(tuán)隊(duì)分工/尊重團(tuán)隊(duì)分工/堅(jiān)守職責(zé)才能高效地完成團(tuán)隊(duì)任務(wù)

Tower Building

Brief introduction:

ü Each group with the provided material will compete with each other to build a tower without internal communication according to trainers’ instructions

Objectives:

ü To realize that share of information and distribution of roles are essential to an effective team;

ü Learn how to communicate within the team when information cannot be changed smoothly;

ü Communication is a tool only, not an objective.
