項(xiàng)目簡(jiǎn)介

ü 團(tuán)隊(duì)在領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的指揮和推動(dòng)下，通過(guò)各層級(jí)的溝通協(xié)調(diào)，共同完成一項(xiàng)特殊的任務(wù)，體驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)機(jī)制，溝通機(jī)制和決策機(jī)制。

ü 所有隊(duì)員分成盲人和啞人兩組，相互幫助。經(jīng)歷一段艱難的路程，最后完成一項(xiàng)共同的宏偉任務(wù)。

培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)

ü 體驗(yàn)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在指揮團(tuán)隊(duì)完成復(fù)雜任務(wù)過(guò)程中的角色定位；

ü 培養(yǎng)團(tuán)隊(duì)形成高效的決策機(jī)制和執(zhí)行能力；

ü 體驗(yàn)團(tuán)隊(duì)各層級(jí)的溝通方式，解決溝通障礙。

ü 團(tuán)隊(duì)大融合，激發(fā)士氣，提升團(tuán)隊(duì)凝聚力；

Project Description

Under the leadership and guidance of the team, the team through communication and coordination at all levels to complete a special task, experience the team's leadership mechanism, communication mechanism and decision-making mechanism.

All team members are divided into two groups, the blind and the dumb, to help each other. Go through a difficult journey and finally complete a common grand mission.
